The Treasured Times Learning Center is a Keystone STAR 4 program and operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The program is located on the Bishop Carroll campus in Ebensburg, PA and provides children from birth through age 12 with a high-quality, enriching child care, preschool, before/after school, and school-age summer camp.

The staff of Treasured Times Learning Center continues the Cambria County Child Development Corporation standard of excellence by utilizing and Office of Early Childhood and Development for Learning (OCDEL) approved curriculum that aligns with the Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards enables children to develop their cognitive, social and creative skills through a child focused curriculum.  At Treasured Times Learning Center, the children are nurtured, nourished, loved and taught by staff that truly cares not only about the child, but also the welfare of the family.  Classrooms are separated by age groups with developmentally appropriate materials to learn from.

At Treasured Times Learning Center, we create a nurturing and joyful environment where young learners take their first steps toward a lifelong love of learning. Our play-based curriculum encourages creativity, exploration, and social development, helping children build confidence, kindness, and curiosity. With caring teachers, engaging activities, and a focus on each child’s unique strengths, we prepare little minds and hearts for kindergarten—and beyond.  Our preschool follows the Centeral Cambria School District’s school year calendar.  Included in our preschool tuition: Breakfast, lunch, snack, wrap-around care (if needed), Certified Early Childhood Education teacher.

Summer programming for school-aged children includes:  Breakfast, lunch, snack, swimming at the Ebensburg Pool, fun and engaging themes and lessons (STEM), community field days, guest speakers, and more!
