This Pre-K Counts program is a partnership with Conemaugh Valley School District, operated by Cambria County Child Development Corporation. This Keystone STAR 4, DHS licensed preschool program serves 3 & 4 year-old children in East Conemaugh. Busing provided to 4 year-old children living in Conemaugh Valley School District. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack provided. Free to those that qualify- Example: Family of 4 can earn up to $78600.
