The Building Blocks Learning Center is a Keystone STAR 4 program that is very unique that began in conjunction with the Teen Parenting Program of Cambria County. Building Blocks begins educating beginning at birth through age 3. The student parents of Greater Johnstown High School have the security of on-site child care and can fully participate in the high school experience. Building Blocks Learning Center is also open to the public. The program operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
