Creative Care Learning Center is a Keystone STAR 3 program.  The program provides care for children from infancy through age five. This program operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM until at 6:00 PM and it located in the Senior Life building with Head Start.

The staff of Creative Care Learning Center continues the Cambria County Child Development Corporation standard of excellence by utilizing the Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards to create lessons that enable children to develop their cognitive, social and creative skills through a child focused curriculum. At Creative Care South, the children are nurtured, nourished, loved and taught by a staff that truly cares not only about the child, but also the welfare of the family. Creative Care coordinates with the Head Start program to offer a seamless transition between the two programs.
